Airmaster Apprentice, Natasha Kirchner has won Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprentice of the Year award at this year’s TAFE Queensland – SkillsTech Awards. These awards recognise and reward the outstanding achievements of individuals and organisations within the vocational education and training sector who strive for excellence, best practice and innovation.
“From the moment Natasha came on board with us, she has shown passion, eagerness, and drive,” says Luke Peressini, Airmaster’s Queensland Operations Manager. “Natasha’s only been with us for about 12 months, but in those 12 months, she’s been fantastic for the company. We get great feedback across the board; all our tradesmen enjoy working with her. She shows some great work ethic”. Natasha is currently completing a Certificate 3 in Refrigeration and Airconditioning through Airmaster’s Apprenticeship program. The program has been designed to help individuals reach their goals by providing the support and flexibility needed throughout the course.
