As part of end-of-year festivities, our New South Wales branch took the time to celebrate both the team and individual members during their Christmas party.
Recently appointed Branch Manager Glen Packer presented nine awards recognized and acknowledged across the following.
Ayden Lean "Prime Beef" Award, Apprentice of the Year – Kane Calleja
This award goes to the apprentice that shows the most amount of drive and willingness to learn, who achieves their times each day, and who gets to sites all over Sydney to help our team.
Dave Robbo "Sensational" Award, Technician of the Year- James Piggot
This award goes to an individual that goes above and beyond. The individual is always looking to 'pump up' Airmaster and could not be prouder to work here. They always get their times in, keep a neat clean car and are customer-focused
Automation "Pinnacle" Award, Overall Achiever – Steve Sampson
This award is presented to the Technician who consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty, striving not only for individual success but always has the greater good of the team at the forefront.
Fire Champion Award, Overall Best Team Player – Chris Mallia
Awarded to an office team member who displays a high level of teamwork, has the respect of their peers and brings passion and loyalty to the Airmaster team. The Team Player goes above and beyond, and is happy to help all teams.
Rickard-Saris Excellence Award , Growth and Dedication – Greg Hamman
Awarded to the most improved, dedicated technician. An individual that has grown past expectations and developed skills that are an asset to the business & clients.
Steve Arnold Award, Respect and Energy- Kamran Syed
Awarded to a Project team member who displays a high level of teamwork, has the respect of their peers and brings passion and energy to the Airmaster team.
Dave Ryan Award, Spirit of Airmaster – Michael Smith
Awarded to an individual who is passionate about Airmaster, driven to see others succeed, always listens to others and ensures no one goes without help.
Newcastle "Ultimate" Award, Best on Ground – Mitchell Simpson
This award is presented to the overall team member who shows the ultimate dedication to not only their role, but is also a highly respected team player who symbolizes and promotes the Airmaster culture and ensures client satisfaction is number one.
Quiet Achiever Award – Mikki Koo
This award is presented to the team member who knows what needs doing and catches all of the things that fall through the cracks. When things feel too confusing or complicated, this person stays calm and is where everyone heads to for help.
