Airmaster’s Kelli McDonald named Woman of the Year at HVAC&R Leadership Awards

Airmaster is proud to announce that Kelli McDonald has been recognised as the Woman of the Year in HVAC&R at the 2017 Climate Control News (CCN) HVAC&R Leadership Awards.



The award recognises the successful career of a woman working in HVAC&R. Winners of the award demonstrate excellence in their field, and are a source of inspiration for other women.


As part of the CCN L!VE Trade Talk conference, Kelli was on hand to accept the award and was humbled to be recognised by the industry for her efforts.


“It is wonderful to be acknowledged for my contributions to the industry, more impressive is to see the number of women nominated in this category all of whom are making their mark and contributing to this incredible and evolving industry.”

Kelli has well developed her skills at Airmaster across a variety of roles, from her first role as Service Controller to working on the establishment of Airmaster’s NSW branch, to her current role as Commercial Manager – National JLL/ANZ.


Her vast experience across many facets of the HVAC&R industry has resulted in Kelli building an outstanding working relationship with JLL and the ANZ portfolio. Her work in this role has seen Kelli successfully manage delivery requirements across a diverse commercial portfolio in Australia and South East Asia.
